There were a microwave oven, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making equipment in the rooms, which made them beautifully maintained. Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants and shops, Howard Payne University, and the convenient store. There was diner Studebaker's Cafe & Grill, that I found within 25 minutes' walk of the property👌

The room was well-maintained and brand-new with a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfy, we had a good rest. The location for Early was magnificent and perfect, so close to Howard Payne University, a restaurant called Prima Pasta, and the common areas.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Having a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge was convenient. The location was wonderful, close to a business center, restaurants, shops, a gas station, and a convenient store.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was firm and had about a 1 inch soft topper. Could have used a thicker soft mattress topper. Bathroom very nice and usable. Desk and small sofa area very nice.
Good continental breakfast. Eggs were preformed previously frozen squares. Would prefer regular scrambled eggs in bulk. Buscuits served cold and had to warm in microwave.
